was established in 1997 with the desire to help to thus handicapped children with their education and to ensure their future in manhood.
Association is the voluntary non-profit organization conjugating people who struggle to carry out the following goals:
· Orientation to effective informative communication between the society and deaf-blind children
· Supporting the rights, interests and needs of thus handicapped children
· Ensuring the living conditions in the manhood
· Guarding the culture-social and rehabilitation stays for handicapped children with the involvement and attendance of the parents, sibs and specialists
· Advocacy of the idea of education for the multiple handicapped children
